When sending your technical support request, please include:

  • Serial number of the instrument(s)
  • Firmware versions of touch screen and CPU (can be found in the service menu)
  • Version of PC software (if applicable)
  • Detailed description of the problem and ideally a description of how to reproduce the problem
  • Descriptions of steps you took to solve the issue and the outcome of those steps
  • Any pictures or videos that help you explain the issue more clearly
