- Serial number of the instrument(s)
- Firmware versions of touch screen and CPU (can be found in the service menu)
- Version of PC software (if applicable)
- Detailed description of the problem and ideally a description of how to reproduce the problem
- Descriptions of steps you took to solve the issue and the outcome of those steps
- Any pictures or videos that help you explain the issue more clearly
